What ClassCue does
ClassCue helps parents turn school notices into reviewed Calendar events, Reminders, packing lists, and prep notes.
Information we do not collect
In the current version, ClassCue does not collect personal data from the app. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking.
School notices and OCR
When you import a flyer, screenshot, image, or PDF, ClassCue processes the notice on your device using Apple on-device text recognition technologies. The current version does not upload imported notices to a ClassCue server.
Calendar and Reminders
ClassCue asks for Calendar and Reminders access only when you choose to save reviewed information. The app writes only the events, reminders, and packing items you review and approve. It does not read your existing calendar for duplicate detection.
Local storage
ClassCue may store local app settings, onboarding status, saved-notice history, duplicate-detection fingerprints, and local free-scan usage counts on your device. Duplicate detection uses a local fingerprint so the app can warn you when you try to approve the same notice again.
TestFlight
If you use ClassCue through Apple TestFlight, Apple may provide crash logs, diagnostics, and tester feedback to the developer through TestFlight and App Store Connect. This is managed by Appleās TestFlight system.
Purchases
ClassCue Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. ClassCue checks your App Store subscription status on device to unlock Plus features. Payment details are handled by Apple.
Future changes
If ClassCue adds accounts, cloud sync, backend OCR, analytics, or other server-based features, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
